Adobe Prepare 6 New Applications for the Tablet
Although Adobe Flash can not run on the iPad, it does not mean Adobe will just ignore that platform. A series of new applications from Adobe has been prepared for the iPad and other Android-based tablet devices.
The application was announced at the annual conference MAX 2011. At the same time, Adobe also announced a service called Creative Cloud.
Six applications were introduced creativity as a series of Adobe's Touch Apps. Nevertheless, the sixth will be available separately as an independent application that is closely associated with the Creative Cloud service.
Here is a glimpse of the features of each application:
Adobe Photoshop Touch
As the name implies, this is the Photoshop for tablets. Promised, this application will be more ferocious than the application 'drawing' the other is in the iPad.
This application allows users to combine multiple images / photos in separate layers. Editing and the use of filters on images can be done.
One excellent feature is the Scribble Selection Tool. Users can separate the image from the background by doing a scribble (graffiti) on the area that would be taken last in the area that would be discarded.
This application allows users to collect images, photos or text from various places into a field called 'mood board'.
Then, every 'mood board' could be the theme of the appropriate color, add text, import images to draw to the four types of pens.
This application is intended for those who wish to present concepts or mock-ups to the client. This app can open files from Creative Suite, including Photoshop or Illustrator. The client can scribble notes or directly over the image.
This application is a vector-based drawing application. Some abilities include choosing a color theme and add a layer of separate image files.
Development of the Adobe Kuler web-app, the app is used to create the desired color theme. The theme of community Kuler site is also available here.
Adobe will provide a series of Adobe's Touch Apps for Android in November 2011. While the new iPad will be announced as early as 2012, except for the Adobe Ideas are already available on the iPad.
It is estimated that the app will be sold at a price range of USD 9.99. That price includes access to Adobe Creative Cloud to see, share and send the work.
